Report a copyright issue

Where to send your report

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative, send your report to contact@alloise.uk with the subject Copyright notice. Identify alloise.uk as the service your report concerns. Kynix Labs is the service operator. For postal correspondence, address your report to Lydia Buckley at the business address on our Contact page.

Information to include

• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved.
• The exact public video URL and the material or page you are reporting, with enough information for us to locate the issue.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the reported use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Reviewing a concern

We review reports and may request clarification or missing details. Action can concern material or access within our control. The original YouTube upload is controlled by the source platform; reporting it here does not remove that upload from YouTube.

We may restrict access in response to repeated misuse or substantiated rights concerns. Please provide accurate information and do not submit false or misleading reports.

If you believe a decision was mistaken

Reply to the same address with the relevant notice or video URL and explain the mistake. Include information supporting your authority or the reason you believe the action should be reviewed. We may request further details to understand the issue.

Information submitted with a report may be shared where needed to review the concern, respond to legal requirements, or communicate with an affected party. See our privacy policy for information handling.
