About this agreement

These terms apply to the YTMP3 service at alloise.uk, operated by Kynix Labs in the United Kingdom. Our contact person is Lydia Buckley. You can find our business correspondence address on the Contact page. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must be able to accept these terms under the law applicable to you.

What the converter provides

YTMP3 prepares MP3 audio from supported YouTube video links. It is a tool for individual conversion requests, not a public media library. Availability depends on the source video and services involved in processing and delivery.

We do not promise that every link will work, that a conversion will finish within a particular time, or that output audio will meet a specific quality level. Download links expire. Save a complete file while the result is available.

Rights and responsible use

You are responsible for the links you submit and how you use the resulting files. Respect applicable copyright and other rights, relevant laws, and the source platform’s terms. Access to this tool does not grant ownership of, or permission to use, anyone else’s content.

Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights or for an unlawful purpose. Copyright concerns can be reported using our Copyright Claims instructions.

Protecting access to the service

Do not bypass verification, impersonate another visitor, use someone else’s private delivery link, or attempt to access systems without authorization. Automated bulk requests, resale of access, and requests designed to overload or interfere with the service require our prior permission.

We may limit or suspend access to address misuse, technical disruption, security concerns, or legal obligations. Technical protections do not give permission for an activity simply because they fail to prevent it.

Free use and optional support

The converter is free to use. A contribution through the coffee link is optional and is not needed to unlock a download. Gumroad operates the separate payment process; its checkout terms apply to transactions made there. A contribution does not guarantee that a particular video can be converted.

Third parties and independence

YTMP3 is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Their names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party pages, services, and source material are outside our direct control.

Availability and limits of responsibility

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties concerning availability, reliability, and suitability, and liability for losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
