How we handle your information
This policy explains information handling when you use alloise.uk.

The service and its operator
Kynix Labs operates the YTMP3 service at alloise.uk from the United Kingdom. Our contact person is Lydia Buckley; our business correspondence address is listed on the Contact page. You can use the converter without creating an account. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to contact@alloise.uk.
Information needed for a download
We process the video address you submit, related video details, and temporary request and conversion records to prepare and deliver the audio. Request information, including IP addresses, browser information and timestamps, may be processed to operate the service, investigate problems, and prevent unauthorized use.
When you email us, we receive your address, your message, and any details you choose to include. Please send only the information needed for your request.
Browser storage and clipboard access
An essential session cookie associates requests with your browser. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in that browser. Removing cookies or local storage may reset preferences or interrupt a conversion.
The Paste button requests clipboard text only when you select it and your browser permits access. You can always paste into the input yourself instead.
Providers that help run the service
Hosting, security, and conversion providers process information required to perform their services. Cloudflare Turnstile helps check requests for automated abuse. Cloudflare describes its handling of information in its privacy policy.
Where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it provides information about page visits and performance. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate.
Optional contributions
Choosing Buy me a coffee takes you to Gumroad. Payment processing and information submitted there are covered by Gumroad’s privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Retention and disclosure
Conversion records and delivery links are temporary. Expired operational records are periodically removed, and the service does not maintain a permanent library of downloaded MP3 files. Security logs and correspondence may be retained as needed to address abuse, resolve requests, and meet legal obligations.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the service and the rights of others. Files already downloaded to your device remain there until you remove them.
Your requests and policy changes
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Email us with enough detail to identify your request. We may ask for information needed to verify it before responding.
Reasonable security measures cannot eliminate every risk. If you suspect a problem involving your information, contact us. Changes to this policy will be published here with a revised date.
